We use several methods to keep Scout’s and parents informed about our activities. Our most recent method is the troop Web site. The site includes our calendar of events, details of upcoming events, and permission slips that can be printed and signed. There are also links to other Scouting sites.

We often e-mail notices to Scout families so it is very important parents keep us up to date with both adult and Scout e-mail addresses. Of course, for those families without e-mail, we will send information through the Post Office.

Announcements concerning everything a boy needs to know about upcoming events are made at the troop meetings. Also, Patrol Leaders are often asked to call all patrol members with information. As a last resort, adults sometimes make calls.
